Join SAGE and the Multnomah County Homeless Services Department (HSD) for an overview of HSD’s work, including their values, priorities and core services. The HSD works with community organizations and government entities to provide coordinated, participant-driven, and equitable services for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. At this event, HSD will discuss their relationship with Metro Regional Government, the City of Portland and other community partners, and the Homelessness Response Action Plan.
