Bridging the Generational Gap on Climate Change
February 19 @ 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Join us for an intergenerational conversation on climate choices: how we should meet the challenges of a warming planet?
Together, guests will share how climate change affects them, their families and friends. We will then consider various options to address this challenge, using actions and drawbacks as examples to illustrate what each option entails. Next, we’ll aim to identify areas of common ground and issues that still must be worked through. Our goal is to assist people in deliberating and weighing options for action against the things people hold valuable. As an outcome, guests will have an opportunity to share specific actions that they can personally take to address this challenge. SAGE is also interested in identifying specific project ideas for our Legacy Fellows, including projects well-suited for intergenerational action.Click to Register for this Event
